This year’s event will focus on royalty financing, a non-dilutive funding mechanism through which biotech and pharmaceutical companies monetise future product royalties in exchange for upfront capital. Unlike equity, it does not dilute shareholders, and unlike traditional debt, repayment is tied directly to product revenues. It has become an increasingly important tool for European biotechs looking to extend runway, fund late-stage trials, or finance commercial launches without giving up ownership. The summit will bring together fund managers, biotech executives, and pharma BD teams to discuss live deal structures, recent transactions, and where the European market is heading.
