Eerste stap daartoe is de Nationale Technologiestrategie (NTS), een lijst van tien sleuteltechnologie\u00ebn (waaronder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollandbio.nl\/nieuws\/duidelijke-focus-op-biotechnologie-in-nationale-techstrategie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biotech<\/a>!) waarin Nederland kan uitblinken die het ministerie van Economische Zaken begin dit jaar optekende. In het manifest formuleren de <a href=\"https:\/\/techchampions.nl\/nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tech Champions<\/a> \u2013 met vanuit de biotech Koenraad Wiedhaup (CEO Leyden Labs), Elise de Reus (CEO Cradle) en voorzitter Eline van Beest (CEO Hybridize Therapeutics) \u2013 drie cruciale ingredi\u00ebnten voor het cre\u00ebren van het optimale klimaat waarin deze snelgroeiende bedrijven kunnen floreren: consistent langetermijnbeleid, snelheid en gedeeld risico. Alleen met voldoende kennistransfer, een robuuste talentenpool, effici\u00ebnte privaat-publieke samenwerking en toegewijde toegang tot vergunningen, subsidies en leningen, kunnen Nederlandse scale-ups onze leiderschapspositie op het gebied van deeptech blijven versterken. En dat is hoog nodig, zien we bij hollandbio. Het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imd.org\/centers\/wcc\/world-competitiveness-center\/rankings\/world-competitiveness-ranking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nederlandse concurrentievermogen staat onder druk<\/a> en onze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/nieuws\/2024\/42\/groei-arbeidsproductiviteit-blijft-achter-bij-andere-landen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">productiviteitsgroei blijft achter<\/a>, terwijl de verdere ontwikkeling van deeptech scale-ups juist essentieel is om het tij te keren.
