We are pleased to introduce our Life Sciences team as a dedicated partner for the Dutch biotech ecosystem. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recognize the diverse nature of the hollandbio community, which includes innovative startups, established pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and other key players, all working towards advancing biotechnology in the Netherlands. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Life Sciences team, led by Anne Marie Verschuur (Partner IP) and Gaby Smeenk (Partner M&A and Capital Markets), offers comprehensive legal services tailored to the unique challenges faced by organizations across the biotech spectrum. We have strength and depth across this multifaceted sector and provide expert legal guidance at every stage: ranging from M&A, financing transactions, IPOs, corporate and governance, licensing transactions, competition, regulatory and IP strategic advice through to litigation, compliance and investigations.  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team has recently been strengthened with the addition of Stephanie de Beer (Senior Associate IP and coordinator of the Life Sciences team), who brings a Ph.D. in Computational Medicinal Chemistry and Toxicology. This expansion enhances our firm’s ability to address the specific needs of the biotech sector, from cutting-edge research to market implementation.  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
