Dat punt maakte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollandbio.nl\/nieuws\/farmabedrijven-beperken-gratis-verstrekking-medicijn-voorafgaand-aan-vergoeding\/\">een aantal bedrijven met hun recente aankondiging <\/a>dat zij het intern niet langer verkocht kregen om geneesmiddelen gratis te blijven verstrekken tijdens de Sluis. In de sluisperiode onderhandelen geneesmiddelenbedrijven met onze overheid over een maatschappelijke verantwoorde prijs van hun product. Om te voorkomen dat pati\u00ebnten de dupe worden en langer moeten wachten op deze geregistreerde, maar nog niet vergoede geneesmiddelen, stellen Carin Uyl-de Groot en Emily Dowdalls deze week in Medisch Contact een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/emilydowdalls_payback-systeem-zorgt-voor-evenwicht-tijdens-ugcPost-7192187741231624192-ZLM0\/\">payback-systeem<\/a> voor. Met dit systeem verstrekt de fabrikant het geneesmiddel tijdens de sluisperiode, en vindt terugbetaling (deels) plaats zodra er een arrangement afgesloten is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel hollandbio blij is dat uit dit voorstel bereidheid blijkt om het beschikbaar stellen van geneesmiddelen in de sluisperiode te belonen, zien we nog wat haken en ogen. Zonder deal blijftterugbetaling immers uit \u2013 dat is een mooie prikkel om in ieder geval tot overeenstemming te komen voor de fabrikant. Maar hoe zit het aan overheidszijde? Zonder tijdslimiet van de sluisperiode zou de onderhandelingsfase in theorie oneindig lang voort kunnen slepen \u2013 en kan de fabrikant fluiten naar vergoeding. Zijn er ook oplossingen denkbaar die alle partijen nopen tot een snelle overeenkomst, vragen wij ons af? Hoe sneller de deal, hoe hoger de korting, bijvoorbeeld?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Heb je een goed idee over beschikbaarheid tijdens de sluis? <a href=\"mailto:thomas.broekhoff@hollandbio.nl?subject=Beschikbaarheid%20tijdens%20de%20sluis\">Hollandbio\u2019s Thomas<\/a> hoort het graag van je!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Genoeg is genoeg.
