Dat stelt de Adviesraad Wetenschap, Technologie en Innovatie (AWTI) in het rapport <a href=\"https:\/\/www.awti.nl\/binaries\/awti\/documenten\/adviezen\/2023\/12\/14\/advies-in-dienst-van-de-toekomst---van-optimalisatie-naar-transformatie\/Adviesrapport+AWTI_In+dienst+van+de+toekomst_Van+optimalisatie+naar+transformatie.pdfbv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>\u201cIn dienst van de toekomst, van optimalisatie naar transformatie\u201d<\/strong><\/a>. En dat is hoog nodig, want door de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollandbio.nl\/biorevolutie\/\">biorevolutie <\/a><\/strong>komen er een hoop biotech innovaties op ons af!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In het rapport doet de AWTI vier aanbevelingen om te komen tot beleid voor innovatie dat betere ondersteuning biedt aan transformaties. Waar deze transformaties toe moeten leiden, is dan wel een relevante vraag. Bied een inspirerend toekomstbeeld, maak scherpe keuzes (1). Dat leidt ook tot verschillen in benadering voor bedrijven en industrie. Normeringen, beprijzingen en ondersteuningen en beleid moet innovaties aanjagen die bijdragen aan transformatie (2). Het toekomstbeeld moet wel gedragen worden door de samenleving, betrek stakeholders en zorg voor kennis en expertise bij de overheid (3). En tot slot is de aanbeveling een samenhang te cre\u00ebren in het beleid, meerjarig, goed getimed en met ruimte voor verschillende fasen van innovatie (4). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze aanbevelingen dragen bij aan de biorevolutie die gaande is, gedreven door grote maatschappelijke uitdagingen, de samenkomst van doorbraken in biologie, artifici\u00eble intelligentie en automatisering en ondernemerschap.
