Dat DiCaprio de wereldwijde aandacht vestigt op deze Nederlandse innovatie, markeert de grote vorderingen die gecultiveerd vlees momenteel doormaakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Samenwerkende biotechbedrijven<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vorige week nog kondigde de Nederlandse multinational DSM een samenwerking aan met de andere vleespionier van eigen bodem, het Delftse Meatable. De bedrijven gaan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meatable.com\/standing-on-the-shoulders-of-giants\/\"><strong>samenwerken<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>om de benodigde groeimedia verder te verbeteren. Nederlandse biotechbedrijven werken er hard aan om gecultiveerd vlees betaalbaar en op grote schaal toegankelijk te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Betere wereld is meer dan alleen duurzame landbouw<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra dat lukt, dan kan de impact nog wel eens groter zijn dan gedacht. Met de juiste support van overheden, zou gecultiveerd voedsel namelijk aan veel meer kunnen bijdragen dan alleen duurzame landbouw, betogen twee Amerikaanse academici in het <a href=\"https:\/\/fd.nl\/tech-en-innovatie\/1413340\/kweekvlees-uit-de-muur-moet-ook-sociaal-zijn\"><strong>Financieel Dagblad<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>(achter inlog). Daar zijn wij het helemaal mee eens. Niet voor niets is ons motto biotech maakt het leven beter.
