Wat die beste behandeling behelst, kunnen we steeds beter ontginnen uit de goudmijn aan gegevens in de gezondheidszorg. Maar voor we daadwerkelijk gezondheid op maat kunnen bieden is er nog wat opheldering nodig rond de privacywetgeving. Deze <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrc.nl\/nieuws\/2021\/05\/11\/persoonsgegevens-zijn-niet-altijd-taboe-in-medisch-onderzoek-a4043178\">oproep<\/a> <\/strong>in het NRC is dan ook een kolfje naar HollandBIO\u2019s hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zorg dat onderzoekers &#8211; en wat HollandBIO betreft ook ondernemers &#8211; \u00a0hun werk kunnen doen zonder vrees of frustratie over de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrc.nl\/nieuws\/2021\/05\/11\/persoonsgegevens-zijn-niet-altijd-taboe-in-medisch-onderzoek-a4043178\"><strong>is de conclusie<\/strong><\/a> in het NRC. Volgens de auteurs kan dat door werk te maken van de mogelijkheden, in plaats van de mythes. Geef burgers bijvoorbeeld het heft in eigen hand, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nu.nl\/advertorial\/advertorial-tno-innovation-for-life\/6126379\/iedereen-zou-eigen-gezondheidsdata-moeten-bewaren.html?redirect=1\"><strong>zoals TNO voorstelt<\/strong><\/a>, of cre\u00eber in lijn met andere EU-landen meer ruimte en zekerheid in de Uitvoeringswet AVG (UAVG).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iedereen wil de beste behandeling, op het juiste moment.
