Met ruim 450 scale-ups staat Nederland daarmee op de zevende plaats in Europa. Na Zweden (#4) is Nederland daarmee het hoogst gekwalificeerde \u201ckleine\u201d land (in termen van inwoneraantal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Een sector met potentieel<\/strong><br>De Life Sciences zijn met recht een groeimotor te noemen. Over heel Europa bezien heeft de sector van de tien onderzochte sectoren nu nog het minste aantal volgroeide bedrijven, maar afgemeten aan het aantal scale-ups klimt de sector naar een vijfde plaats. Hieruit blijkt de enorme potentie van de sector en het belang van onze sector groeit alleen maar.
