Toch komt het lastig van de grond. Het <a href=\"https:\/\/fd.nl\/specials\/1362484\/goed-coronabeleid-begint-bij-preventie-waarom-komt-die-niet-van-de-grond\"><strong>FD licht enkele uitdagingen toe<\/strong><\/a>: de businesscase die zich lastig verkoopt, de baten die meestal in een ander potje belanden dan de kosten\u2026 Een feest der herkenning voor HollandBIO. Wij willen echt werk maken van preventie, alleen wie wil die handschoen samen met ons oppakken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als het aan staatssecretaris Blokhuis en Menzis ligt, wordt preventie minder vrijblijvend. Zo zou de zorgverzekeringswet niet alleen een zorgplicht, maar ook een gezondheidsplicht moeten omvatten. Op dit moment is er nauwelijks tot geen verplichting om te investeren in preventie. Sterker nog, de &nbsp;zorgverzekeringswet verbiedt collectieve preventie zelfs. En als het aan D66-Kamerlid Pia Dijkstra ligt, komt er een preventierapporteur die in de volgende kabinetsperiode succesvolle preventieprogramma\u2019s inventariseert, zodat die in het hele land navolging kunnen krijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel de focus van zorgverzekeraars nu nog op een beperkt aantal interventies ligt, ziet HollandBIO veel biotech-potentie. Van tools, testen en technologie die mensen in staat stellen om hun gezondheid te monitoren en te verbeteren, naar diagnostiek die de juiste inzet en ontwikkeling van innovatieve behandelingen kan bevorderen, tot de optimale inzet van de sterspelers van de preventiewereld: vaccins.
