ProQR\nTherapeutics, a company dedicated to changing lives through the creation of\ntransformative RNA medicines for severe genetic rare diseases, today announced\nthe closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of\n9,090,909 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $5.50 per\nshare. All of the shares are being offered by ProQR. The closing\nincluded the full exercise of the underwriters\u2019 option to purchase up to\n1,363,636 additional ordinary shares at the public offering price, less\nunderwriting discounts and commissions. Gross proceeds from the offering\ntotaled approximately $57.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts\nand commissions and offering expenses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Citigroup Global Markets and Evercore ISI acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.\u00a0 Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and JMP Securities acted as lead managers, with Chardan and Kempen acting as co-managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
